Quarterly Service Project

Cookie Drive and Delivery

Many of our Club Members Phyiscally Volunteer at the Center. The main project for the Club is our Quarterly Home Baked CookieWFSC Logo drive.

We are planning additional events for the center in the future.

 

 

  

 


Annual Service Project

Lions World Sight Day Club Event

Mobile Health Screening Unit

Our Club will be screening for vision and diabetic health issues at a local health fair and most important we will have for an early childhood vision screening unit.

This is a one day event planned for Saturday October 2 2010.

ChKid Christmasristmas Shopping with Local Youth

 Twenty five under-privileged kids are given the opportunity to purchase gifts for their family members and themselves. After shopping, they have their pictures taken with Santa and are given a hot breakfast compliments of McDonalds.

"The Marksmen Quartet"

November 15, 2010 - two performances at 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm at the Brauntex Theatre. Tickets will be available soon. 

 


 

Service Project

Working with athletes at the Extremity Games

 

NBBL volunteers helped provide support to athletes with physical disabilities that were in town competing in the Extremity Games 5. The competitions included wakeboarding, skateboarding, kayaking, and wall climbing. The games were hosted at the Texas Ski Ranch.
