Our Signature Service project:

     During the Fall Semester of 2010, volunteer Lions visited 28 Comal County Campuses and screened the vision of 5027 children.  Of those screened, 329 were found to have possible vision problems and were referred to the school nurse for possible further referral to a physician.  To accomplish this project a total of 465 Lion-days were required.  Our 2011 project kicks off with our first campus visit on Tuesday, August 23, 2011.

Our Signature Fund Raising Project:

     Our "Wurstfest" Food Booth and Parking lot kicks off this year on Friday, November 4, 2011 and runs for ten days.  This event generates the greater part of the Clubs Charitable Funds.
