Who We Are

The Oxford Lions Club is the local chapter of the largest service club in the world.  The Lions club is not a social club; we exist to serve the community.  This is done through raising funds to support charities.  Our major fundraisers are the ham and oyster dinners that are held twice a year, white cane day and a food trailer that serves major events in our region.  Although our major focus is sight related charities, we help the community in other ways as well. Examples include support for Neighborhood Services, High school scholarships, The Lighthouse Youth Center and the Scouts.
