PARAMOUNT LIONS CLUB

PARAMOUNT, CA.

The Lions Club of Paramount, comprising the communities of Hynes, Clearwater, and Hollydale, was granted a charter on January 15, 1947. It now serves the Community of Paramount incorporated in 1957.

From its birth the Paramount Lions Club made SERVICE its motto as it strove to better the Paramount Community. The Paramount Lions Club has participated extensively in civic and community projects in its charity activities. These activities can certainly be classified as community service activities, and we can be justifiably proud of them. Our contributions to the schools, the community youth groups and individual youngsters is impressive indeed.

Our Club has over a half century of Service to Paramount. We are there to help the Sight and Hearing Impaired as our primary goal and also serve community related projects. The Lions motto is "We Serve" and that we do proudly.

Lions are an international network of 1.3 million men and women in 205 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world.
