Meetings

Welcome to the PARIS LIONS CLUB, of Paris, IL. We are located in the heart of Lions District 1-M on the East Central Area of Illinois. Paris.  A part of our community since November 27, 1962, we have served the needs of others for over 55 years.

We are your neighbors, family and friends.  We participate in our community events, such as Shriner’s Weekend, Edgar County Fair Week, Honeybee Festival, Christmas in Paris and other local traditions.  Our longest-running project is to serve local youth through the Paris Lions Minor League (T-Ball) since it’s origination in 1969 as the 4 O’clock League.  Our logo is not just on the city entrance signs, but also on the Twin Lakes East Park Lions Pavilion, the Memorial Bench on the Edgar County Courthouse lawn, and Twin Lakes All Abilities Playground.

A small part of the world’s largest service club organization, Paris Lions serve as leaders in our club, our community, our Zone, District, State and International levels of the organization.  The Paris Lions are collectively, a fun group of individuals who are in business, education, sales and service, and some are even retired. As individuals, we strive to be the servant leaders that make a difference.  Because we are affiliated with Lions of Illinois Foundation (serving residents of Illinois), Lions Clubs International Foundations (serving needs around the world through local Lions Clubs), and connectivity with over 1.4 million members around the world, there is no limit to what Lions can do.
