Meetings
 
Since 1947, the Lions Club of Park Ridge has been an integral part of the local community.  Through our annual Candy Days , our Annual Golf Outing, and other fundraising events, the club provides grants to individuals, services, and organizations that assist with vision, hearing and other disability support needs.​ 
 
 

The club collects used eyeglasses, hearing aids and cell phones for reconditioning and offered for reuse by individuals worldwide.  Locally, the Park Ridge Lions Club has raised funds to support projects and services with grants to:

Avenues to Independence -programs for individuals with developmental disabilities;

Center of Concern -Senior Citizen services;

Have Dreams -educational programs for children with autism;

Grants to local residents in need of vision or hearing screenings, eyeglasses, hearing aids and other low vision equpment may also be provided. Click this link for additional information.
