Meetings
The Portland Bentham Lions Club just celebrated its 61st anniversary. We are rooted in the Portland Japanese community and our local Multnomah Village where our club meets. Some of our service projects include helping at Oral Hull Camp for the Blind and Camp Taloali for the Hard of Hearing. We sell tulips in springtime and collect and recycle Xmas trees in winter. In summer, club members staff the mobile health screening unit at the local Japanese Festival and also give out free water bottles and small American flags at Multnomah Days. You are welcome to visit our club meetings and help with our activites. Please contact Bert Diamond at 503-730-7119.
