The Portland, TN Lions Club has been proudly serving the sight needs of the Portland community and surrounding areas since January of 1955.  The Lions Club has served the needs of literally hundreds of people through various efforts in the Portland area. We offer the following services to our most disadvantaged citizens:

• Free eye-screenings for the local daycares
• Eye exams and glasses for qualified residents
• Collection of used eyeglasses for redistribution
• Hearing aid assistance for qualified residents
• $1,000.00 scholarship to a qualified high school or college student
