Would you like to help others by giving a little back to your local community? Would you like to spend an hour or two each month to raise funds for good causes? Would you like to join a group of friendly, sociable, community minded individuals whilst enjoying yourself?
If the answer is yes then why not join Romsey Lions Club. There are no geographical barriers to joining our Lions Club and we have members and helpers living in many different areas so why not contact us with no obligation on your part. If you are interested and would like to learn more contact our Secretary at - or telephone us on 0844 963 2463.

Romsey Lions Club is a friendly club  - both men and women. We are an active service organisation founded in 1979 (though Lions Clubs International itself was founded in 1917) working within and for the benefit of our community. Whilst working hard to raise money to help the disadvantaged, we also have a great social life. There are no specific requirements to becoming a Lion other than being able to attend meetings once a month and you do not have to be known to a member to join. We are also looking for Friends of Romsey Lions. These are people who are willing to occasionally help with our charitable activities without becoming full Lions.

We meet at 7:30pm on the 2nd Wednesday of the month in the Palmerston Room at The White Horse, Market Place, Romsey SO51 8ZJ.  Why not drop in one evening to learn what Romsey Lions do to help others in our community. You will be assured of a warm welcome.

Normally, on the 2nd Saturday of each month (weather permitting) you can find our bookstall in Romsey Cornmarket. Check the date on our Calendar Page. We are also trying to expand the bookstall to include good quality bric-a-brac and donations are welcome. We are always looking for donations of good quality paper backs. You can bring them to our bookstall or if you would like us to collect them, please telephone 0844 963 2463 (a dedicated Romsey Lions telephone number) or contact one of us via our Contacts page. Come along to see our stock or better still have a chat to find out more about Romsey Lions.

Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization with more than 1.4 million members in approximately 46,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world.
