Saipan Fil-American Lion Club was chartered on January 25, 1992. The club chartered Saipan Mighty Dolphins Leo Cub on 2017, and chartered another Lions Club, the Saipan Centennial Lions Club. Currently, the club has 34 members.

Saipan Fil-Am Lions club is one of the 8 clubs in Region 2, District 204, who are actively participating in community events,
