“The Sartell Lions Club in Sartell, MN was chartered in the month of October 1965. They were sponsored by the Rice Lions Club. Currently they have 22 members, of which 16 are men and 6 are women. Their "signature project" is Sartell Lions Park and their major fund raisers for the year is a Spring Clean Up held each year in the month of April (the last Sat in April) & 5K My Way held in the fall (date varies). The Sartell Lions Club is located in Region 2 Zone 2 and is actively using their e-Clubhouse website.

Membership Meeting - The next meeting will be held on Monday, June 6, at 6:30 pm at the office space above the Blue Line.
Congratulations to our newest member Karen Maruska who was inducted at our meeting last night, February 2, 2015, by Past District Govorners Bill and Donna Landwher. Her sponsor Lion Lori Jensen is pinning on her membership pin. She is also our new Leo Club Advisor taking over for Jack Paulsen.
The Sartell Lions were on KNSI radio show on Friday, March 1 at 9:15. Mike DeLuca & Jack Paulsen represented the Sartell Lions and Leos. None of the Leos were willing to play hooky to be on the radio. Bob Hoofnagle from the Sauk Rapids Lions represented the Zone & District. Bob Hughes From KNSI radio was our host for this interview. KNSI is on 1450 AM or 103.3 FM.
