EASTER IN THE PARK
Easter in the Park will be held at the Pickrell Park in Schertz on
Saturday, April 7, 2011 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Open and FREE to the public!
NO booth space charge to you, however we are asking our booth sponsors to provide a game; staff the game and give small prizes to every child when they play your game. Last year 550+ children participated, we expect more participation this year and estimate that you might expect to bring 500-750 small prizes. You are welcome to put your company advertisement on the prizes and/or in your booth space. Feel free to bring hand outs and/or gifts for the adults that approach your booth. Children Egg Hunts will be up to 10 years old and in 5 separate egg hunts including a “Diaper Derby” for the crawlers!
Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to sponsor a booth space and what type of game you will have for the children. This will allow us to logistically place your booth with enough space for your game.
The event will be rain or shine. Set up will be from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM. This will allow time for early event arrivals. Location will be at the Pickrell Park Pavillion in Schertz off FM 1518.

Please keep in mind this is the Saturday before Easter and it will be rain or shine!

We meet currently at the Schertz Senior Center on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday at Noon. Feel free to come for a visit but we would love to have you join us in our community service efforts!
