The Seadrift Lions will soon begin construction of a new set of steps for one local resident, and construction of a wheelchair ramp for another local resident.

The club will be participating in the 1st annual Seadrift Christmas Parade on December 3. The parade begins at 4:00pm at the Bayfront and ends at First National Bank for refreshments and the lighting of the tree.

The club is also hosting "Breakfast with Santa" on Saturday, December 10 from 8-11 am. Breakfast is $5.00 per plate and photos with Santa will be $1.00 for each person with enlargements and reprints available to order.

The club will also be participating in the Candlelight Service at the Seadrift Cemetery on December 10. The service begins at 6:00pm.
