                   Vendors Must Be Set Up In the Park By 7:30 am.

 Have on your vehicles dashboard your Parking Pass with booth and cell phone numbers to  

                                  prevent being towed.

All vendors cooking or using a generator must have at a minimum 2-A: 10-B: C-rated portable fire extinguisher.

 Vendors using tents only: Please use Harrison Avenue __ Food Vendors (trailers): Please use Sebastian Blvd or, if closed, Cleveland Avenue and enter via Speedway parking lot.

Electrical: 20 Amps, 110 Volts. Any excess will be disconnected. Since many vendors “blow” the circuits, consider a back-up generator!!

Note: You are encouraged to set up the day/night before after 12:00 noon      

                 There is no set tear-down time.  That is up to the vendor’s discretion.

Fellsmere Road (512) will be closed to cars from 7:30 AM to 10 PM. If you leave early, you must cart your wares

to the parking lot.

Non Food Booth Spaces are 10 ft. wide x 10 deep.  Exhibitors Must Provide Their Own Set Up.  Please DO NOT SELL OUT OF BOXES, as we would like your booth to be professional and eye appealing  to enhance the festival event.  Food Vendor Spaces are 20 ft. wide x 10 ft. deep.  There will be a limit on duplicates so please apply early.  Spaces will be on a first come, first serve basis.  All vendors must meet local fire code requirements.  If you are uncertain as to the code, please call 772-226-1880.

Please See The Concession Application on the websites indicated below. Every effort will be made to place you in the space you choose.  YOUR PARKING PASSES (2) WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EMAIL YOUR PASSES WILL BE HANDED OUT THE MORNING OF THE EVENT  (Your parking pass number will also be your booth assignment.)

Possible booth locations are on the map enclosed with this application.  Vendors must park in the designated areas.  You must have a Parking Pass to use that area.  Two (2) passes per booth will be allowed. PLEASE MAKE YOUR CHECK PAYABLE TO THE SEBASTIAN LIONS CLUB CHARITY FOUNDATION. **Note the Division of Consumer Services financial info on the Concession Application.**

   To assure a quality event, the 4th of July Committee reserves the right to limit vendors who may conflict with others already committed to attend.  NON AUTHORIZED VENDORS   will be asked to leave the park area.

 THE COMMITTEE  REQUIRES ALL VENDOR BOOTHS BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF 3 FEET FROM THE SIDEWALK.  Each vendor is responsible for collecting and turning in to the State of Florida, Sales Tax of 7%.  Food vendors are required to have a food vendor license and liability insurance to comply with HRS rules & regulations.  Vendors are required to dispose of any rubbish they create in the designated dumpsites provided. The Board of Health will check for necessary permits.

DIRECTIONS TO THE PARK:  Riverview Park is located in Sebastian at the inter-

section of US 1 and CR 512.  From I-95, take Sebastian/Fellsmere exit and go east on CR 512.  CR 512 ends at Riverview Park on US 1.
