At our regular meeting, held January 24th, Lion President Dean Garland thanks Dr. Thwanda Davidson for sharing about her non-profit Homework Center, which supports local county kids with tutoring and other services for free.

012312 - Salem Lions Ray Bramble and Pat Hilla are two of nine Salem Lions who work on Mondays at the Salem Lions Comupter Recycling facility in Walhalla, which provides eligible students with computers for free.

At the Christmas Social Meeting, held December 13, 2011 at newest members Ron and Kathy's house, Lion Kathy was formally inducted to the club by Past International Director Lion Dr. Bill West.

Brianna Derrick, Chasity Baldwin and Dakota Morrow display their winning Peace Posters. Chasity won overall for Seneca Middle School on November 14th and her winning poster was forwarded to the next round!
