The Sooke Harbourside Lions Club

(formerly known as the "Sooke Lioness Lions")

 


The Easter Seals 24 Hour Relay Race was held on:

June 4 and 5 at UVIC.  This year we raised $10,539

The overall total was just over amazing!

Our President, Lion Georgia meets International President Tam!


Lions & Lioness Playhouse Raffle Tickets 

 

The ticket (#0367) was won by Paul Curtis of Sooke who donated it to the Sooke Family Centre.  Here are the details on winning the playhouse .


 The 5th Annual Sooke Harbourside Lions Duck Race

Was held on Saturday, May 7th at the Sooke Flats!

Below are the winning numbers and lucky winners:

 

  • 1st place duck # 466 belonged to Nicole Cosburn
  • 2nd place duck #815 belonged to Amy Haddad
  • 3rd place duck #2246 belonged to Delores Grabove
  • 4th place duck #1960 belonged to Linda Bennett
  • 5th place duck #767 belonged to Lynn Byrnell
  • 6th place duck #2417 belonged to the Pig BBQ Joint in Colwood
