Metro Lions sold 50-50 tickets at 7  Border Cats games. We were able to make a donation of approx. $ 2,000 to the Lions Vision Eye Care Centre at the hospital. Thank you to Lion Phil for organizing this fund raiser and all members who assisted in this.

 Our Annual Telephone Book delivery is all completed. All went ok, although there were a few snags, we met the deadline. Thank you to all members that assisted, and a few who graciously jumped in to do an extra route.

   Metro Lions sold daffodils on April 1,2011 for the Canadian Cancer Society @ the Canadian Tire (Thunder Center) store. Thank you to all members who assisted. We raised approx. $ 390.00
