Who are we?

Teneriffe Lions Club (TLC) was established to serve the Teneriffe, Newstead, Fortitude Valley and New Farm community.  We seek to support people or groups within the community who need assistance. 100% of all funds raised goes to our community.

TLC aims to empower its members to serve those most in need in our community

We do this through team-based kindness, to serve and advocate for locals in need, and concentrate on the environment

Want to become a member? Membership is open to all who are prepared to give some of their time to help those less fortunate than themselves by helping raise money and taking an active interest in supporting our community's needs.  Most people think that being a Lion requires a lot of time.  Not so !  At Lions we believe that Family comes first, then your job, then leisure time and then something for Lions.  Some Lions put in more hours than others, but that is a choice. The average Lion would put in between 3 and 12 hours a month.

When/where do we meet? Teneriffe Lions Club meets twice a month for fellowship (Brunswick Hotel) and planning (Virtual), plus social events every month or so.
