We will continue to accept donations of prizes up until the drawing. The official list of prizes will be announced immediately before the drawing and may include prizes that are not listed here. Rules

By purchasing a raffle ticket, buyers agree to the following rules and conditions:

Tickets are $1 each or 13 for $10 or 30 for $20. In order to qualify for the discounted ticket price, the tickets must be purched in a single transaction. All sales are final.

We will sell no more then $5000.00 worth of tickets. Should we accidentally sell more then $5000, we will refund the last sold tickets in order to bring the amount down to $5000.

We will be accepting donations of prizes up until the time of the drawing.

The drawing will be held reasonably soon after 6:30 PM, Thursday, August 14, 2014 at the Mountlake Terrace Library. The drawing will be part of our regular Lions meeting that evening.

We will confirm the official prize list just before the drawing.

Tickets will be randomly drawn.

Winners do not need to be present to win. However, if a winner is present at the time the ticket is drawn, the winner will have a limited choice in choosing their prize.

When a ticket is drawn, it will be assigned to the first available prize on the official list, with the exception that if the winner is present, the winner may instead request the winning ticket to be assigned any other available prize. In all cases , a prize is no longer available once a winning ticket has been assigned to it. The winner may not request any prize that was previously assigned to a winning ticket.

It is the responsibility of the winner to pick up their prize. If prizes are not claimed within one month, they may be forfeited. We will make an effort to get prizes to their winners ASAP. A winner may donate the prize back to the club. If this happens, we will either auction it off at a club meeting, donate it to a worthy subject, or return it to the merchant.

Prizes for this raffle are donated by the merchants listed. We greatly appreciate their generosity. The Terrace Brier Lions Club makes no claim as to the accuracy of the descriptions and does not warranty the delivery of the prizes. What we are saying here is that there is no reason to expect that a prize is anything other then described and no need to expect that it won't be provided by the donor, but just in case something unexpected happens where the winner of a prize is truly disappointed with that prize, we will refund the cost of that winning ticket.
