Meeting called to order by President Kevin Becker.

Guests:  Tadd Peterson and Mike Pabst informed members of the upcoming Laker Lifestyle activities and fundraiser auction to be held on Friday, July 27 and Saturday, July 28. 

Old Business: 

LouAnn Cordes reported on Officer Training held at Stone Lake.

Gary and Georgeina planted 50 trees at the south school forest.

New Business:

Board Recommendations:  $500 donation to Turtle Lake Boy Scouts; new member applications for Gary and Orreen Nottom:  both items were approved by the membership.  Approved 2012 scholarship recipients.  Discussed floor replacement / repair in park shelter. 

Fair work schedule - be sure to sign up....contact Gary Solum for available shifts.

Jeff and Diane Hoffman will serve the meal at Serenity House on May 24.
