AVENUE OF FLAGS: Fourty flags are flown around the downtown square each summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Individuals and businesses sponsor the flags to show Valparaiso's support for our armed forces.

WHITE CANE DAYS are held in April or May and September. A white cane or candy is given out for each donation.
