Many Lions Clubs collect used eyeglasses and hearing aids to be recycled to needy persons in the U.S. and throughout the world.  Donated items are cleaned, repaired (if needed), tested and warehoused for redistribution.  The Walnut Creek (Host) Lions Club maintains several collection boxes for donations.  If you are in the area, please bring your unneeded glasses and hearing aids to one of these sites.  Contact phone numbers are provided to check business hours.
