Meetings

West Arundel Lions Club (WALC) was chartered October 12, 2006, and went into full operation June 1, 2007.  WALC serves Annapolis Junction, Crownsville, Fort Meade, Gambrills, Hanover, Harmans, Jessup, Maryland City, Millersville, Odenton, Severn, and the surrounding West Anne Arundel County areas.

As Lions, we contribute our time and talent to special projects and fundraising to help others. The primary objective of our club is to help our youth.  Few goals are more important than raising the next generation to be responsible, productive, and happy adults. To achieve this we hold fundraisers and Fruit Sales throughout the year.

Currently we are running the kitchen at the monthly Quarter Auctions held the first Saturday of each month at the Mason Temple located at 11 Crain Highway, Glen Burnie. We are also collecting canned goods throughout the year to be used at  Grassroots of Howard County.

Our 2011-2012 Fruit Sales season is ongoing now, you may order your fruit directly through our online store prepaying using your credit or debit card through our Paypal account or by cash when you pick up the fruit:  http://walcfruit.1freecart.com/
