The Westmont Lions Club is sponsoring TWO fun Halloween Events for the community this year.
The 75th Annual Westmont Lions Halloween Parade is happening at 7:30 pm on Monday, October 30, 2023. Stake out a spot along the parade route on Haddon Avenue - viewing between Planet Fitness (near Albertson Ave) to Maple Avenue - for what will be a spectacular sight. Our DJ and viewing stand will be located at the Jackson Funeral Home parking lot. Some pre-parade entertainment will take place at Haddon Square.
Since this is a big anniversary for the parade we are encouraging all residents and businesses to take part and enter a float, and/or participate in the costume contests, etc. If you would to be a participant in the parade, please see the Registration Information below. Pre-registered participants can begin lining up at 6:30 pm. (Haddon Avenue closes at 6:45 pm so please plan accordingly)
The Halloween House or Business Decorating Contest will be happening in October as well. Judging will be taking place October 21-29, 2023. We'll be posting a list of addresses, so everyone can drive by to see and enjoy them, and vote on their favorites. Winners will be announced at the Halloween Parade.
