Whitehall's Citizen of the Year 

Each year the Whitehall Lions Club recognizes a Citizen of the Year at the annual Beef & Dairy Days celebration in August.  Nominations are accepted from the community and the winner is selected by the Club.  This year the Club recognized Ellen Koxlien for her many contributions to the Whitehall Chamber of Commerce and our community.  Ellen is pictured here with the 2023 Lions Club President, Bob Gueltzow and Lion Al Shepherd in the Beef & Dairy Days Parade.
