The Woodbury Lions Club is pleased to announce that it
will be providing three two-year scholarships in 2012 to
graduating seniors residing in Woodbury. The three
scholarships will be $1,500 for two years. These
scholarship
s will be
awarded on the basis of
service to community,
extracurricular activities,
academic achievement
(GPA), a personal letter,
and letters of reference.
Applicants should be in
the upper 50% of their
senior class. Interested
students should complete
the attached application
and return it to the
Woodbury Lions Club
no later than
January 30th, 2012.

Scholarship money comes from the Lions Pancake Breakfast and also the Lions Garage Sale. We want to thank all of the people that were a part of this year’s garage sale. When you sign up to be a part of the Woodbury Lions Garage Sale, you are helping students in our community further their education.
The Woodbury Lions Club is a local voluntary service organization, whose primary focus is to support youth and educational programs and to assist people with sight and hearing impairments in the community.
