As ever, we are unable to cover everywhere we would like to. We hope those areas that we are having to disappoint this year will understand.

Worcester Lions Club are a volunteer organisation providing direct support for individuals, groups and good causes in our community, helping and supporting our partner organisations and responding pro-actively wherever and whenever we can.

Where there's a need, there's a Lion…

We fundraise to enable us to carry out our 'service' activities by organising events, attending fetes our Christmas Sleigh etc.

We are ordinary men and women (18+) who enjoy ourselves and would like to put something back into our local community.

Worcester Lions Club was founded and chartered in 1969. It is one of the 46,000 clubs in over 200 countries and geographic areas worldwide that constitute Lions Clubs International making it the world’s largest service club organization with 1.35 million members.

Worcester Lions Club is twinned with Orleans Doyen Club, France, and Table View Lions Club, South Africa.

Who are we and what do we do?

Lions are active locally. Our motto is "We Serve." Though we are part of a global service network, we do whatever we can to help the communities of which we are a part.

Lions Clubs International was founded in 1917. The wider organization is best known for fighting blindness

Lions are also social. We enjoy each other’s company and meet for various meals and other outings.

Mission Statement
