The Quartermaster Lions Foundation of Yuma, Inc. (QMLF) is a 501 (c) (3) exempt organization (EIN 27-0976928). All donations to the QMLF are tax deductible on your federal tax return. Your donation will go to help provide eye glasses, eye examinations and other sight related services to the people of Yuma in need of assistance.
QMLF works with the Yuma Schools to provide eye examinations and glasses to school children whom families are unable to afford them. We currently are working with only about one third of the schools in Yuma County and would like to provide this service to all school children in Yuma County. The cost of the eye examination and glasses is currently $60.00 per child. Corona Optique provides the eye examination and glasses at their cost.
