AREA SCHOOLS

• Provide Eye Exams & Glasses for Students in need
• Teach the Meaning of the US Flag to First Graders
• Provide Scholarships to Graduating High School Students
• Conduct the LCI Peace Poster Contest in the Middle Schools
• Purchase School Backpacks & Supplies for Needy Students
• Jointly with the Yuma Food Bank Fill and Deliver Food Stuffed Backpacks to the Orange Grove Elementary School to be distributed to needy children.

COMMUNITY

• Support Camp Tatiyee a Lions Camp for Disable Children
• Adopt a Family for the Holidays
• Provide Food, Clothing and Support to needy people
• Adopt a Highway Cleanup

INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY

• Hands Across the Border (a joint project of the Yuma Quartermaster Lions Club, the Los Algodones Mexican Lions Club, and the Southridge Canadian Lions Club to hold a Christmas party for the children of Los Algodones Mexico. At the party we provide the children of Los Algodones Mexico toys, food, and fun).
