General meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., at the Knights of Columbus Hall, Indian Road,  Duncan, BC.   

Club Executive meetings are held once a month, on the 2nd Tuesday, at 7:00 p.m.,   Non-executive members are welcome to attend as an observer.
