We assist the Sovereign Disabled Swimming Club with their Annual Gala and the Zone at It's a Special Knockout and work with local schools and youth groups.

In 12th April 2015 in conjunction with Bob and Rowena Gausden, once again our club assisted with the Disabled Swimming 'Fun Gala’. Taking part in addition to The Sovereign Swimming Club for Disabled People were The Haywards Heath Dolphins. Three teams took part and it was the visiting team from Haywards Heath finally taking The Ann Gray Memorial Trophy.
The trophy was again presented to the winning team by Kate Smith the niece of our late club member Ann Gray. Kate, together with her husband Paul, had travelled down to Eastbourne from Surrey specifically to attend the event. The presentation of medals to all participants was undertaken by Eastbourne Parliamentary Candidate Stephen Lloyd.

At the 2012 event the Mayor Cllr Carolyn Heaps joined in the fun
