Since 1953, the Granby Lions Club has served and supported the Granby community.  Our membership of 44 men and women truly live the Lion motto “We Serve”.  We conduct our charitable and fundraising activites as The Granby Lions Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3).

You can see examples of our presence in the town in many ways: the gazebo on the town green, an information kiosk at the Holcomb Farm tree trail, flags decorating the center of town, or the pavilion and restrooms at Salmon Brook Park.

We support the Granby Social Services Department, the Granby Food Bank, Waste Not- Want Not, and numerous other organizations in town.  Some of our service projects include the testing of Granby preschool children for the early detection of vision problems, the collection of used eyeglasses and hearing aids, food support, blood drives, and a townwide shred day.

At Granby Memorial High School we have provided scholarships to graduating seniors for over 40 years.  We sponsor the Leo Club, the Robotics Club and Safe Graduation Night.

We are always looking for new members that want to give back to the Granby Community, work with amazing men and women, and bring excitement and energy to all of our activities.  See the "Contact Us" page for information on how to join!
