Our major focus has been serving the needs of the blind and visually impaired in our community  We provide eyeglasses and eye exams to underprivileged children and adults in our area as well as some financial assistance for treatment  of vision and hearing conditions for those unable to pay for those treatments.  We also provide scholarship assistance to visually or hearing impaired high school graduates planning to attend college.

We have raised a lot of money with the help of citizens' contributions and have given it away to further the goal of our motto-"WE SERVE" -in our community. To find out more specifics of our philanthropy, contact the Lions Club at our e-mail address listed on the contact page of this website
