We Serve
Lions Club International is the world’s largest service club organization. The Killeen Noon
Lions club was chartered in 1950 and has a long history of serving our community. The Lions
motto, “We Serve” is something your Killeen Noon Lions take to heart.
Your support of this tournament will allow us tobetter serve our community through programs
like:
Eyeglass screening: Killeen ISD youth can be tested and provided new high quality eyeglasses
at no cost. We commit annually to support this local program.
Leader Dogs for the Blind: provides guide dogs, GPS and orientation & mobility training for the
blind, deaf and visually impaired. Visit www.leaderdog.org
Lions Recycle for Sight Program: Throughout the year we collect eyeglasses for the Texas Eyeglass recycling center. Glasses are cleaned, sorted and distributed to people in need.
Texas Lions Camp: based in Kerrville, this camp provides physically handicapped, Type I
Diabetes and Down syndrome children the chance to enjoy a week long summer camp
specifically designed for them. This camp is provided at no cost to the family. Visit
