Vision Clinic - June 17, 2017

We would like to say THANK YOU 😍 to the many volunteers who helped us make our club's First Service Project a huge success - Smoky Mountain Lions Charities Mobile Vision , Mountain Hope Good Shepard Clinic and First Baptist Church of Gatlinburg. With their support we performed 94 eye exams, fit 95 pairs of glasses. One patient, sponsored by Sevier County Lions, is being referred to KAPA where she will receive much needed visual services free of charge.

We also want to express our gratitude to the surrounding Lions Clubs for coming to help us yesterday- Dandridge, Rutledge, West Knox, Knox North and Farragut Lions.

And we couldn't have provided these much needed vision services without First Baptist Church opening their hearts and facility to us. This is the 2nd Vision Clinic they have hosted this year for the people of Sevier County affected by the wildfires last November.
