The City of Springboro, Ohio was first settled in 1798, incorporated as a village in 1815, and as a city in 1987. It is located off Interstate 75 (exit 38) in northern Warren County, 14 miles south of downtown Dayton and 37 miles north of downtown Cincinnati. Springboro is one of the fastest growing communities in Warren County.  
 
 
 
Above the club is at our annual membership event in March of 2025.  We have recieved 8 new members this year.  The Springboro Lions Club has been serving the Springboro community since 1953. Some of our major accomplishments are:
 
  • Purchased SureSight (TM) Vision Screener for use in Springboro Schools
  • Provide eye exams and eyeglasses to children of needy families
  • Collect used eyeglasses for missions to third world countries
  • Sponsor “Diabetes Strides Walk” & Health Screenings
  • Hosts annual Pancake Beakfast to support Springboro Junior ROTC.
  • Provide college scholarships to graduating high school students
