THE LINDSAY LIONS CLUB

Chartered in 1953, the Lindsay Lions Club celebrates its 60^th Charter Anniversary in 2013. Our members are dedicated men and women who meet regularly to enjoy fellowship and spend part of their free time helping those less fortunate in Lindsay, the region, the province, the Country and around the world.

Projects are supported through fun(d) raising activities such as weekly bingo’s dances, and the Lindsay Exhibition Refreshment Tent.

Operating expenses are paid through member dues and special projects.

During the past six years over $ 300,000 has been made in donations and in support of projects/individuals.

Lions are an international network of 1.3 million men and women in 205 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world.
