Father Christmas ROARS in to Malvern.

The club President Heather Jeavons presenting a cheque for £2.500 from the proceeds of the 2011 Sponsored Walk to Joanna Oldfield of Diabetes UK.

You may have seen this group on the home page. This is them at the start of the walk.

The club believes it has invented a new sport, Portaloo racing. It is a field and track event. (Following the club's sponsored walk the Portaloo, half full, had to be moved to outside the car park so that it could be collected the next day.)

This is the Ledbury Community Brass Band. The Club has recently donated £200 to them to enable them to purchase sheet music and stands. This was one of the grants made through the Malvern Gazette Scheme,

A lot of SUPPORT was needed to link all of the bras together for the World Record Brachain Challenge and everyone lent a hand. (See it on You Tube.)

The tractor in the picture was another item purchased with money from the Malvern Gazette Scheme. The Colwall Orchard Group have provided allotments for local residents and wanted a tractor for the children to play on whilst parents tended their plots

This is the Welland Junior Football Club team sponsored by the Malvern Club. They won the Midland District Football Cup but lost to Woodford Youth Football Club in the semi final of the National Competition.
