New-Park Lions Club History

Lions Clubs International is a service organization dedicated to the well being of the people of the world and the communities that they live in.  As Lions Club Members, we volunteer under the motto “We Serve” and we do just that!  We serve our communities, serve the people in them and serve as role models for the people that surround us.

The New-Park Lions Club was chartered on September 30th, 2008.  At the time that we chartered we were a club of all women.  On April 15th, 2009 one brave man joined us.  We then officially became the  co-ed club that we wanted to be!  We serve St.Paul Park, Newport and surrounding areas, working with other Clubs in our surrounding communities to touch more lives.

 We meet the fourth Wednesday of the month to discuss volunteer opportunities and the needs that may arise from month to month.  If you are interested in checking out the volunteer opportunities available to you, we welcome you to join us at a club meeting or another upcoming event!
