Just What is #2069

The yard signs #2069 that you have seen are a stark reminder that in 2016 in the state of MA alone, 2,069 individuals died as a direct result of opiod abuse & addiction. The goal is to create a community partnership to raise awareness and erase the stigma surrounding the disease of addiction. For more information visit a growing group on Facebook at #2069_signs or contact Trinity Church in Wrentham at 508-384-3958.

Lions in the News

The 9th annual Norfolk Lions Golf Tournament was held at the New England Country Club on Monday September 18, 2017. The event raised over $7,000 which will go directly towards supporting Norfolk Lions charities and the community. There were 22 foursomes made up of 88 golfers and we were proud to host more women teams and golfers this year than ever before. Thank you to Mike Lemenager and John Pokorny for organizing this, and to all our supporters and sponsors who made this years tournament a great success!

Norfolk Lions Club was featured on Fox 25 "Zip Trip" August 4.  Watch interview with President Bill Hawkins!
