Meetings

President:  Linda Morrison

Secretary:  Donita Haack

Treasurer:  Dave Meyer

Mailing Address:  PO. Box 9002,  North St. Paul, MN   55109

Our meeting nights are the 2nd Tuesday at Legion Post 39 in North St Paul.

Supporting our Community

Starting in 2020, we increased the Lion's donations to the North St Paul Food Shelf and added Second Harvest Heartland.  Food availability became a bigger problem with employment issues.

We continued Adopt-a-Family, PeaceMaker Minnesota and Polar Pack Program support.

We support charitable organizations in our community.

Planning for 2024 History Car Cruze is underway.

2023 was a banner History Car Cruze year. We continue to hold our prices and sales volume reflects the community's appreciation.

2022 was a great History Car Cruze year. The space on the east end of the Cruze worked so well that we stayed in our new location.

The History Car Cruze re-started in 2021 with a reasonable season that started one month late.  Main street construction found our food trailer moved to the east end of the cruze between Sandberg Funeral Home and Carpenter's Small Engine.

Membership

2022 had a few members retired and moved to other communities,

one member passed away,

and three new go-getters joined. It was a good year.

Interested in fun times and helping the community, consider membership.

On the lighter side

Can you find these Lions at the Car Cruze?

That's a trick question because both these ladies moved out of North St Paul.

Warm thoughts!!!

The end of summer outing was on September 22, 2016 on a boat cruise on the St. Croix.  See that the bridge segments are coming together.  By next year the bridge is goinng to be in operation.

The end of summer boat cruise September 22 (2015) was a great time on the St. Croix which took us by the new bridge construction.  It was quite a view of the unique design being molded into shape.

Melvin Jones Awards were presented at the spring 2013 pancake breakfast. Lion Joe Fox, PDG (left) presented the awards to (left to right), Donita Haack, Elizabeth Semotink, and George Fedor. It was wonderful to acknowledge their activities in a public setting.  Family and friends were present to help recognize their work and achievements.
