Administrative Report of  Lions Club Panchkula Central in the month of July 2011.

Ist Board of Directors cum General Body meeting for the lionistic year 2011-2012 was held on 16th July 2011 (Saturday) at 8.00 pm at Hotel Sip ‘N’ Dine , Sector 7 Chandigarh. Chief Guest on the occasion was Lion Chaman lal Gupta VDG (I). Lion Kuldip Kuthiala, PDG, introduced 5 new members and inducted them in the club. Lion Chaman Lal Gupta VDG (I) educated principles of Lionism to all lion members and schooling of all lions was done. Duties and responsibilities of all Board of Directors was informed.

Board of Directors cum General Body meeting for the month of August 2011 was held on 10th August 2011 (Wednesday) at 8.00 pm at Hotel Sip ‘N’ Dine , Sector 7 Chandigarh. All projects organised by the club and the projects and activities to be organised in the month were discussed.

District Cabinet Installation held at Pattaya, Thailand. 

Following Eight Lion Members from our club  attended District Cabinet Installation held at Hotel Montein , Pattaya, Thailand on 14th August 2011 , Sunday.

Board of Directors meeting for the month of September 2011 was held on 8th September 2011 (Wednesday) at 8.00 pm at Hotel Sip ‘N’ Dine , Sector 7 ,Chandigarh.Minutes of meeting was recorded in the register and meeting was organized as per Agenda. Arrangement and planning of Club Installation was discussed.

Installation Ceremony of Lions Club Panchkula Central

Installation Ceremony of newly elected president of our club jointly with Lions Club Parwanoo Kalka and Lions club Panchkula Royale was organised on 25th September, 2011 (Sunday) at 6.30.pm. at Hotel Shiraj, Sector 10, Panchkula.

Special Guests , Lion Dr. R.K. Sood, (PDG MJF), Lion Anil Seth, (PDG MJF), Lion Subash Batra, (PDG,MJF) and PILLAR of our Club Lion Kuldip Kuthiala (PDG,MJF) graced the occasion.

The Charter presentation of Lion Club Panchkula Royale and the Joint installation of lions club Panchkula Central, Lions Club Parwanoo Kalka and Lions club Panchkula Royale was very successful and the gathering of nearly 300 Lions, Lioness & guests enjoyed the ceremony. 92 Cabinet members were also present.
