For information about the Port Orange Lions Club and what we do for our community, please contact Ray ''Rocky'' Siracusa at 386-756-1274 or rayspubs@msn.com.

In 1925 Helen Keller challenged the Lions Organization to become Knights of the Blind and work towards curing deafness. Since that day in 1925, lions have not stopped helping those in need to obtain eye glasses, eye exams and eye surgeries. We have also worked to cure deafness and help men, women and children to receive hearing exams and hearing aids.

Lions in Port Orange assist families by giving them the resources to help themselves and at certain times of the year we can make sure that they have Holiday meals and gifts for the children.

At this time we have about 18 members and we are able to help as many people that we can afford to. With more members we can help many more people, because we can have more fundraising events to raise the money necessary to buy food and clothing, pay for eye glasses and hearing aids and assist with other problems that come up from time to time.

Our dues are very reasonable and we are always looking for anyone that can sponsor a lion by paying their dues so that we have another pair of hands to help us to raise more funds.

The Port Orange Lions Club is a non profit 501(c)3 and all donations of money, food, clothing etc. is tax exempt.

Thank you for checking out or Website and please contact us as soon as you can.
