Description: This is an annual fundraiser for charities. There will be two drawings during the Annual Lions Club Christmas Party. The first drawing will be for $1,000.00 and the second drawing will be for $250.00. The winners don't need to be present to win.
Tickets are available from any of our Member Lions, or You may order tickets by mail and pay by check. To choose this option, simply print, complete and mail this Ticket Order Form.
Be sure to include all of the following:
1. Your check made payable to The Lions Club of Rising Sun
2. The number of tickets ordered
3. Your phone numbers (in case we need to contact you),
and
4. Your U.S. Postal mailing address (for mailing tickets back to you).
