The Rochester Downtown Host Lions are involved in a number of projects throughout the community, including:

• Child Vision Screenings in conjunction with groups such as the University of Rochester Medical Center and the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired / Goodwill.
   
• Cornerstone Park Maintenance in conjunction with the City of Rochester.
   
• Toys for Tots distribution in conjunction with Rochester City School 36.
   

In addition, we at times provide limited financial support for community organizations, including:

• Rochester Revolution Girl's basketball, an AAU team affiliated with the downtown YMCA.
  
  
• Lions Camp Badger which offers programs for youth and young adults.
   
• Project New Hope, providing retreats for veterans and their familiies following a return from combat.
