THE PDG ART MacKENZIE BEST CLUB WEBSITE TROPHY shall be Awarded annually to the Lions Club in the District deemed to have the Best Club Website.
A panel of five (5) Judges consisting of the District Governor, Vice District Governors, Cabinet Secretary Treasurer or those appointed by the District Governor and the District Web Page Chairperson shall determine the winner. To be eligible for the award, Clubs MUST advise all the Judges of their Website Address by July 31st of the Lions Year they wish to be judged.
Commencing each July through June of that Lion Year, entries will be judged and points awarded monthly according to contest criteria. Points will be assigned from one to ten for each of the relevant categories of criteria listed. At the end of the Lions Year (June) the judges points shall be tabulated and the Club with the most points will be awarded the trophy.
Dear Lion Members :
At the present time I am making arrangements with Brigadoon officer Jenn Ross for 3 tours, if possible ..Times !0.00 am ………..1 pm ……….3pm . August 9th 2011 ..
Any Lion member who wishes to take that tour at the Brigadoon site will need to wear his/her own steel toe boots. Also, at the present time, I am trying to make arrangements for hard hats on site because the site area is under full construction .
Each tour has a max of 10 members .
Please have your club secretary send me an email stating names and time they would like to make the tour .
The directions to the site and the meeting place will be sent out at a later date .
