4th of July Parade and Pancake Breakfast

Sponsor/Donations:

Financial support for the 4th of July is critical!  The funds donated by local area businesses, along with the pancakes sold the same morning, are what allows the Club to invite highly professional musical and marching units and other entertaining groups to march and to perform along the parade route for the enjoyment of the 10,000 that assemble annually to view this event.  If you are interested in making a donation, please send it to Three Lakes Lions, Box 441, Three Lakes, WI 54562

Thanks to 2012 Parade Sponsors:

Three Lakes Convenience Store, Gene Step, Rainy Day Cottage, Three Lakes Laundromat, Kwaterski Bros. Wood Products, Cole Publishing, Three Lakes Pharmacy, Sportsman's Service Center, American Legion, Deja Brew/Open Armoire, Kevin Kelly, Hilgy Gas, ISU-The Machon Insurance Agency, Three Lakes Do-It Best Hardware, and The Northernaire.

Theme:

The theme for 2012 is "Celebrating 60 Years of Lionism in Three Lakes"

Parade Entries and Awards:

Please have your parade entry at the TLHS parking lot by 8 am.  Once you arrive, please report to a Lion Club member to register your entry and to receive further instructions.  The parade starts promptly at 9 a.m.  For safety reasons, we ask that no candy be thrown from the float and/or vehicle.

Awards are handed out for the best entry  that supports the parades theme for both citizen and commercial categories.

Parade Marshall:

This person is selected each year by the Lions Club and the name of the parade marshall is announced the week of the parade.

All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) Pancake Breakfast

The Pancake Breakfast is held in the commons of the Three Lakes School beginning at 7 am and serving until 11 am.  This breakfast includes pancakes, sausages, orange juice, milk and coffee.  The price is $6 for adults, $4 for children, and kids under 5 eat free!

This breakfast is the major source of funding that pays for the 4th of July Parade entertainment, so please consider attending the breakfast!
