Lion Bob Patton of the Redfork Lions Club will speak about "Dan's war on Poverty". Bob will be representing the Dan Allen Center for Social Justice and the APL Corps Books, LLC and will bring a few books and offer for sale.

Directions:
Meeting place is located off Pine between Sheridan and Memorial. Turn north at N. 71 E. Ave, (there is a small bar at Pine and N. 71st called White Crow Tavern), the end of the street is Reading Place. There is a large brown building on the northwest corner of the intersection. It is 7029 E. Reading Place.
From Hwy 169, exit at Pine, turn west.
From I 244, exit at Sheridan, turn north to Pine, turn east on Pine.

- First Tuesday: Club Development – Reports from Committees, etc.
- Second Tuesday: Outside Work Project - we are not at the church.
- Third Tuesday: Club Meeting with Guest Speaker
- Fourth Tuesday: Board Meeting
- Fifth Tuesday: (if there is one) no DAYTIME meeting, but we will get together after work (around 5:15 - 5:30) at McNellies for a Happy Hour Lion's get-together.
- AND THE NEW EVENING MEETING, THE 3RD TUESDAY OF THE MONTH - 7029 EAST READING PLACE. 6:00 TO 8:00 P.M.

Our Club is a Founders Club of Lions International, organized October 11, 1916. We serve the Tulsa area, principally by assisting the visually and physically impaired. Our motto is: "WE SERVE." We are the Home Club of the late Dr. Robert McCullough, Lions International Past President. While our club is the "downtown club," many of our members work and live outside the downtown area. Visitors are always welcome.

If you wish to donate eyeglasses, contact us. We have several dropp off sites around the Tulsa area.
