Our major fund raising projects for several years have been selling and taking tickets at the Tulsa Boat Sport and Travel Show and the Green Country RV shows. These projects, along with earnings from a trust fund we established several years ago, provide funds for the following :

           The Club provides over 500 eye examinations and glasses annually to those in need. 

      Each year we buy gifts and conduct a number of Christmas parties for handicapped school children in the lower grades of the Tulsa Public Schools. 

    Our Club makes regular donations to the Oklahoma Lions Boys Ranch and Lions Eye Bank, Lions World Services for the Blind, Leader Dogs, Hearing Dogs, American Diabetes Assn. and Lions Clubs International Foundation.

   We also contribute to the Oklahoma School for the Blind and Happy Hands, a pre-school for deaf children.

   We contribute to aid tornado victims and other disaster victims as needed.

Other Club projects are:

 The collection of eyeglasses, printer cartridges and cell phones for recycling.

  Scheduling and staffing testing on our Oklahoma Lions Mobile Health Screening Unit when scheduled in the Tulsa area.
