Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides    

New Hearing Dog just purchased November 2011     

        7 Guide Dogs have been purchased to help visually, hearing and physically impaired citizens to enjoy a better life.

Valley Therapeutic Equestrian Centre                     

          A horse has been bought  to provide therapeutic riding opportunities to children and adults with all forms of challenges

Christmas Hampers                                                   

          Food and Gifts are distributed to families in need. 

 Camperships

          Local camps such as Camp Squamish, Zajak Ranch and Camp Moomba are supported to ensure

children can attend summer camp.

Sunnyhill Hospital

          Support given to families and  patients as needed. For example Theraputic Riding lessons for a patient, child care costs for a mother who had to leave other children at home to spend days at the hospital with one child, travel expenses for parents from out of town to visit child in hospital

Community Members in Need

          Support given to local families in need. Such as beds and bedding bought for 2 children who had been sleeping on the floor. Dental expenses paid for a boy who had extensive work done.
